Email Marketing at Broadview

Designed and wrote thoughtful donation emails that shared real impact stories and encouraged meaningful contributions at Broadview.

Implemented the "Good Samaritan" messaging and new colours into our email marketing and saw a significant rise in our email open rates beating industry open rates by 25%. We saw an increase in bookings for webinars as well as an increase in donations to the organisation.

The email list as well as the mailing list had not been updated for several years and lead an initiative to call and update people on our mailing list who had moved or changed their email to update their information with us as well as to cancel the mailings for those who requested it for a myriad of reasons.
